Happy 4th of July! Although it rained pretty much the entire day, we still managed to have a very festive Independence day! Yesterday afternoon we went to Hattie Ruth's first birthday party. We had tons of fun and enjoyed seeing Miss Hattie and the rest of the family. By evening time the rain had subsided and we were able to watch fire works in our neighborhood with some of our neighbors. Luke seemed to enjoy watching fireworks for the first time. He didn't even wince when they popped!
