Easter Sunday was filled with joy and thanksgiving as we celebrated the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ! We began our day at church and then headed to Fayetteville, Texas to celebrate the day with my dad's family. My dad's aunt lives in an old farm house this is over 100 years old. It is so old that he kitchen is actually detached from the house. You have to walk outside and down a porch to get to the kitchen. The house sits on hundreds of acres of land, so there is lots of room to roam. It is a perfect place to let a toddler explore. Luke had a great time chasing chickens and roosters, petting cats and dogs, and just plain getting dirty! He also "played" cards with Great Grandma. Our day was truly wonderful!
